I’ve spent over a decade building business technology products that make the complex, core operations of global enterprises simpler, better, and faster. What started as curiosity about how products work has evolved into a love for creating experiences that delight users while solving real pain points.

I began in enterprise technology sales, working cross-functionally with corporate stakeholders and C-Suite executives. That curiosity led me to product management, and I haven’t looked back. I’ve led digital transformation initiatives worth €100M+, partnering with industry leaders like NCR, HP, Honeywell, Datalogic, and Glory to deliver integrated enterprise solutions across supply chain, procurement, banking, healthcare, retail automation, and government services.

I thrive in ambiguous environments, bringing clarity and direction to 0-to-1 product challenges. Whether at startups, high-growth companies, or large enterprises, I’ve built and scaled products from the ground up. Most recently, I spearheaded a Source-to-Pay platform now managing 1 Billion+ USD in global spend, used by enterprises across 75+ countries.

Working across geographies from Delhi to Jeddah, Riyadh, Manama, and now Dublin with stakeholders around the globe has taught me that great products work because they solve universal problems in locally relevant ways. I’m driven by building products that don’t just work, but delight users while delivering measurable business impact.

Case Studies

Global enterprises were struggling with scattered spending data and slow, manual sourcing workflows. As the first product hire at a B2B SaaS startup, the challenge was to build a comprehensive Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform from the ground up. The goal was to make complex procurement processes easy and consolidate all purchasing needs into one intelligent system that automated repetitive work while maintaining governance and control.

Solution

  • Discovery: Conducted extensive interviews and workflow analysis with procurement and supply chain stakeholders to deeply understand their processes, pain points, and success metrics.
  • Strategy: Defined the initial product vision and roadmap, prioritizing strategic sourcing, vendor management, and spend analytics capabilities that would deliver visible value early.
  • Execution: Established Agile/Scrum practices, leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to keep delivery focused and predictable.
  • Optimization: Partnered closely with Sales and Customer Success to manage complex customer escalations, using real-world feedback to refine flows, close gaps, and improve usability.
Outcome
  • Helped scale the platform to global usage, processing more than 1Billion USD in spending, adopted by global enterprises such as Voltalia, MSC, and Carrier, and deployed in 75+ countries.
  • Achieved 100% customer retention and successful renewals across all regions, with customers realizing measurable business value.

  • 40% reduction in customer issue resolution time through streamlined support processes and elevated CSAT scores.

  • Improved product adoption by 25% through targeted enablement resources (guides, videos, presentations).

This Retail client in Saudi Arabia was facing high operational costs due to the manual “cash float” process i.e. counting money at the start and end of every shift. This manual workflow caused inventory inaccuracies and shrinkage, with no integrated solution available in the Middle East to centralize control. 

Solution

Led the launch of the region’s first Cash Infinity solution, orchestrating the integration of Glory hardware with ABANA’s software and the client’s ERP.

  • Scope: Automated cash acceptance and deposits to streamline shift handovers.

  • Connectivity: Linked stores to a central server for 24/7 live monitoring of cash levels.

  • Validation: Executed a rigorous 2-month pilot, including on-site installation, staff training, and KPI tracking to prove the concept.
Outcome
  • The pilot was a decisive success, delivering measurable business impact:

  • 50% reduction in operational costs by eliminating manual counting time.

  • 20% reduction in shrinkage through real-time reconciliation and security.
  • Secured the commercial order for a national rollout based on these proven KPIs.

The Kingdom’s central authority for social insurance and pension services was paralyzed by massive foot traffic for routine administrative tasks and biometric capture. This congestion left little capacity for complex cases, causing long turnaround times, surging complaints, and plummeting customer satisfaction scores.

To decentralize services and expand into public spaces (malls, airports), the client demanded a ‘one-stop’ end-to-end solution. They required a single partner capable of orchestrating the entire lifecycle nationwide i.e. delivering custom hardware, software, system integration, and 24/7 managed services seamlessly.

Solution

  • Strategy & Deployment: Directed a strategic shift to offload traffic by deploying self-service kiosks not just in branches, but in high-access public spaces like malls, airports, and commercial hubs.

  • Rapid Execution: Orchestrated a massive rollout in just 90 days, coordinating 16+ internal teams and 7 global suppliers (France, USA, China, Korea) to source custom hardware components.

  • Full-Stack Solution: Delivered an end-to-end ecosystem including intuitive frontend software for citizens, middleware for government integration, and a 24/7 Command Center to monitor kiosk health and replenish consumables.

Outcome
  • Reduced branch foot traffic by 40% by successfully offloading routine transactions to kiosks.

I’m endlessly curious, especially when something piques my interest, I dig deep to understand the why. Museums, art galleries, and cultural centers are my sanctuary. They’re places where human creativity meets history, where stories reveal how societies evolve and why people make the choices they do. That same curiosity that fuels my love for understanding art and culture drives how I approach product work: always asking why, always seeking the deeper insight beneath the surface.
